What if I don’t have a printer, or can’t print my tickets?

Just bring ID that corresponds to the name under which you purchased the ticket and say your name at the door. If you have an iPhone or handset with a high resolution display we can also scan from that. We have all booking information on hand so if you don’t have the relevant ID we can ask you a few security questions to allow entry.

I’ve lost my tickets. Can I get another copy?

OK, check your spam filter especially if your a hotmail user, it is probably in there. If you’ve lost the ticket email completely don’t despair, just bring Photo ID that matches the name you booked under and we will happily let you in.

Alternatively, if you are a Soundlounge member simply use your username (which is your email address) and password to login to your account here on the site. Then choose ‘Manage Account’ and ‘History’. You can access your show history, and reprint any ticket confirmation receipts for upcoming shows.

Can under 18s come to Soundlounge?

Unfortunately not. Soundlounge is 18+ only, and proof of age is required upon entry to the venue.

Does Soundlounge have a dress code?

Currumbin RSL maintains a high standard of service, dress and behaviour. Shorts and shirts may be worn with suitable footwear. No industrial clothing. As a mark of respect the tradition of no head wear will be adhered to (except in special circumstances).

Are tickets transferable?

Yes, printed tickets are fully transferable but don’t don’t try and use the same ticket twice or one of you will be denied entry.

Can I get a refund?

Soundlounge only offers full refund in the event of the following circumstances:

  • The show is cancelled either by the promoter, artist or venue
  • The show is postponed either by the promoter, artist or venue

However, in some circumstances, at the discretion of the venue, credits may be offered for future shows for equal or lesser value than the original tickets purchased.

In order to request a credit, contact must be made with the venue at least 24 hours before the show is scheduled to start.

How much are booking fees?

Bookings fees are charged at $3.50 for a single ticket purchase, and capped at $7 for multiple ticket purchases. The booking fee is automatically allocated to your total purchase price when you proceed through the checkout.

What food and drinks are available at Soundlounge?

There is a full bar and delicious meals available at Soundlounge, see our menu. Make sure you arrive early to secure a table!

Unfortunately as the venue is fully licensed, you cannot bring your own food and beverage.

Do I need to be a member to gain entry into Soundlounge?

As Soundlounge is located within Currumbin RSL you must sign in at Reception upon arrival if you are not a Currumbin RSL member.

To speed up the sign-in process and to access other Club benefits,* you can become a member of the Club. You can obtain a Membership Application Form from Reception or, alternatively, you can download one. Membership is only $5 PA

To finalise the application, just present the completed form in person at the Club, along with ID and payment.

  • Please note no membership discounts apply within Soundlounge.

How secure is my personal information?

For web purchases Soundlounge employs 256bit encryption SSL from GeoTrust to protect your credit card and personal information.

Your Soundlounge details can only be accessed by using a login (your email address or mobile number) and a password.

I have been charged twice on my credit card, how do I get it refunded?

Ok, you may have been trigger happy on the purchase button! If this happens just email us via our contact form with Ticket Enquiry selected and we will resolve the problem by issuing a full refund.

Can I buy presold tickets anywhere else?

No, we handle all ticketing here on the site or at the door on the night to keep it simple.

I don’t have a credit card, how can I buy a ticket?

Hopefully you have a friend or family member with a credit card that can buy on your behalf. Unless the show is sold out you will be able to buy at the door in cash. Having a Visa Credit or Debit card is handy for many situations in life so you might want to think about getting one.

How do I make a booking enquiry?

Via our contact form is the best and only way.

What happens if a show is cancelled?

Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the PERFORMER or Soundlounge due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, Soundlounge will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund and/or exchange if applicable.

If an event is cancelled or postponed, you will be notified by email if you have opted in to receive email updates, otherwise please review notices posted on the Soundlounge website or contact Soundlounge via the email address supplied on the Soundlounge website regarding receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, Soundlounge may set refund limitations.

If a refund has been confirmed by Soundlounge then the following refund method applies. If you booked online or by phone using a credit card, Soundlounge will automatically refund the credit card used for purchase within 14 days of notifying you that a refund for this event applies.
